Starters

Soups (per portion £2.50), other dishes £3...
Goats cheese and herb tartlets, tomato and red pepper tartlets, spinach roulade with mushroom filling, twice-baked cheese and chive soufflés, chicken liver pate with brandy, smoked salmon pate with dill, filo pastry parcels with sun-dried tomatoes, leeks and feta cheese. Soups – roasted tomato,  carrot and coriander or lentil and cumin.

Main courses

£5 per portion, £4.50 for 6 or more...
Chicken – coq au vin or thai green curry or chicken, ham and tarragon rosti-topped pie or fillets stuffed with garlic and herb cream cheese, wrapped in parma ham
Beef – Bourguignon or steak and mushroom pie or lasagne al forno (made with steak mince) or Carbonnade (casserole with beer,  onions and sultanas)
Pork – Normande ( cider, apples and celery) or “stroganoff” (sour cream, mushroom and white wine sauce)
Lamb – Tagine  (boneless, with apricots and spices) or moussaka

Roast vegetable lasagne (£4.50 per portion)
Vegetarian Moussaka (£4.50 per portion)
Koulibiac – fillets of salmon, layered with a dill, onion and rice stuffing, wrapped in puff pastry (£5 per portion)
Fisherman’s pie – Cornish fish in parsley sauce, topped with mash (£5 per portion)
Sole fillets – stuffed with a prawn, cream cheese and spinach stuffing, wrapped in puff pastry ( £5 per portion)

Puddings

£2.50 per portion -
Sticky toffee with fudge sauce,
Treacle tart,
Chocolate roulade,
crumble with seasonal fruit,
Bakewell tart.

Homemade cakes

£5.00 each Baked with butter and free range eggs -
Gingerbread,
banana and honey cake,
carrot cake,
lemon drizzle cake,
chocolate brownies

Please note that as all food is cooked to order, a minimum of 2 portions of any one dish can be ordered. Vegetables can be provided at cost for you to cook. Also note there is a £20 minimum order.
