We now provide a range of optional additional services to make your stay with us that extra special.
All properties are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure.
View for Two properties departure time is: 10.15 am.
If you arrive earlier into Cornwall, please telephone us and we may be able to let you into the property earlier if it has been fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
A welcome tray with home made cakes, sachets of tea and coffee are normally provided in each property before your arrival.

The first set are provided free of charge in the other properties not listed above.
Towels can be hired from us @ £3 per set (this includes a hand and a bath towel). This can be done when booking or at any time during your stay.
Beach towels are not provided.
For saftey reasons we can only accept babies under 10 months in either the Woolbarn or the Stable Barn.
The 'View for Two' properties are for adults only.
We currently are able to offer a wired plug which can be used in any electrical plug socket in the following properties:
We do have an area which you can use to connect your device via a wireless connection. Please ask us on arrival/during your stay for further information.
All kitchens are fully equipped so you shouldn't need to bring your own cooking equipment, if you cannot find anything that should be in the property just let us know and we will do our best to help.
Morrison's supermarket is just 2 miles away.
A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board is provided in all properties.
As well as our cancellation cover, it is strongly advised that guests take out personal insurance for their holiday.
Our cancellation cover may only be taken out at the time of booking and only applies to holidays booked at Wooldown Farm Holiday Cottages.
If you have to cancel your holiday for one of the reasons listed below you are covered up to the total amount of monies You have paid to Wooldown Farm Holiday Cottages for the related holiday, up to and including the day before Your holiday, provided supporting evidence is supplied i.e. Doctors Certificate, Redundancy Notice, etc.
Reasons covered:
Cancellation cover does not cover termination/cancellation of Your holiday by the owners of Wooldown Farm Holiday Cottages.
We do not accept pets in any properties.
ASDA and Waitrose now deliver to us, you will need our postcode: EX23 0HP.

(Currently deliver to this area on Fridays).
If you leave anything behind and want it posted, there is a minimum charge of £10.00 + postage costs.
