Formerly a wagon house in 1907, it has been tastefully converted, decorated and furnished, most of which has been locally handmade, in traditional country style. It features beamed ceilings and an open plan layout with some beautiful exposures of the original stone wall.
The Wagoners sits on the South side of a courtyard of two other barns (Olde Coach House and Stable Barn). The living area is open plan with wooden stairs located in the centre of the room. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/diner with everything you need for a stress free holiday. The first floor king size four poster bedroom, with en-suite, has an adjoining twin room which has proven a real hit with children due to the floor level beds, low ceiling and miniature sized furniture, just for them!
It provides a holiday home for all the family to enjoy, offering spectacular views of patchwork fields that lead to the sea two miles away. Large patio doors open to the enclosed garden where some truly amazing sunsets can be enjoyed, there is also a spacious communal play area with swings and a trampoline situated opposite the barn.
The village of Marhamchurch is just a short stroll away and offers a family-friendly pub/restaurant, church and The Hele Valley Trail walk can also be enjoyed, this joins onto the idyllic canal path that leads to the seaside town of Bude (two miles away).
