Mid stay clean & refresh service
This service includes cleaning throughout the main areas of the property along with a change of bed linen and towels.
This optional cleaning service can be:
Pre-booked for an additional cost of £38.00 or £30.00 for the Nest Box or Kovva.
Included as a courtesy at no extra cost, if you are staying for 10 or more nights.
We will do our best to carry out the cleaning service half way through your stay, we will confirm the date on arrival and this will usually be from 11am.
Once logged in, under your booking, select Actions > Booking Extras.
Bed linen and towel change
If you are staying for 6 or more nights, we can change your bed linen and towels.
Just let us know during your stay, the day before you would like the service and we will do our best to carry this out the following morning from 11:00.
